1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ParClue.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. ParClue.com is owned and operated by Loudonclear LLC.

2. Description of Service

ParClue is a web-based daily word puzzle built around clues, hidden row words, and golf-inspired scoring. The Service allows players to play puzzles, view scores, save scorecards, and track optional profile statistics such as streaks, badges, trophies, and game history.

3. User Accounts

You may play certain features without creating an account. To save progress across devices or maintain a profile, you may register for an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Game Content and Player Data

Loudonclear LLC owns or licenses the game design, puzzles, copy, branding, and site content. You retain ownership of any feedback, messages, or other content you submit, but grant Loudonclear LLC permission to use it as needed to operate, improve, and support the Service.

Player statistics, results, badges, trophies, and score history are provided for entertainment and may be adjusted, corrected, or removed if needed to fix errors, abuse, or technical issues.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to scrape or reverse-engineer it, disrupt gameplay or servers, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others, or use automated means to create accounts, play, or manipulate scores.

6. Support and Voluntary Contributions

ParClue may include optional links for voluntary support, such as Venmo. Contributions are not required to play and do not create an entitlement to specific features, content, or continued availability. Contributions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

7. Availability and Changes

The Service may change over time. Loudonclear LLC may add, remove, modify, pause, or discontinue features, puzzles, statistics, badges, trophies, or access to the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Loudonclear LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loudonclear LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
